The customer revolution - Patricia Seybold

This video clip is telling about the customer revolution is to measure what matters for the customers as it is in an era that customers are in control.  So the company is responsible for producing a unique brand or the experience that the customers are resonated with.  Hence, these companies are the ones who can understand what customers need and when they have the right direction on what customers' needs, they can extend their operation in producing better products for the customers.  On the other hand, the companies not only let the customers enjoy the experience they have with the products but also with the services, such as supporting.  As mentioned in the video, apple retail experience is a good example which can give customers a good experience like they provide customers good experience with the products and services in which customers know the apple company has what they want and it gives them an efficient shopping.

I think this video is relevant with Macau as Macau has many retail business that does not really understand and give what customers really need.  Maybe it can only fulfill one the customers with the products but sometimes without the services.  If the businesses in Macau can produce unique products with good service.  In this case, I think the businesses will go well which customers have good experiences with company and they will spread to others about the company and soon that company will have more profit.  Therefore, knowing what customers really need is important for a business.
