3rd China Catering Expo


The company that I have interviewed is called the Palatium Fine Wines, which is mainly selling Portuguese wines to Asia to introduce the best wines from Portuguese.  The vision of the company is that to import the best with good quality, new and old Portuguese wines to Asia, to introduce the best wines of their own region.   Moreover, the mission of the company is mainly to introduce Portuguese wines mostly from different regions, such as, Lisbon, Porto, Madeira, Douro and Alentejo. They are going to introduce their wines to China then to Asia, but they are not only focusing on Macau as Macau has already known most of the Portuguese best wines, but to the big market, China. Also, they even exhibit the oldest wine there which is from the Madeira in 1912.





In addition, the strategy of  the company is mainly focus on one thing which is marketing.  They think that to do a good marketing, people will know your products and want to try on your new products.  Therefore, they joined this year Catering Expo is to let other enterprises to know their company which can lead them to cooperate with each other.  Also, this can help their way to promote their products to China as well.   Furthermore, they think their company is different from the others is that their company is small and so they can put all efforts to their customers.  In fact, this is more personalized in which they can have better follow up in business.  In addition to that, they are not afraid of doing marketing and to make their own products a little bit difference from others.   They already have set up company in Shanghai.  Hence, in the coming one to three years, their plan is to open up their company out of China, such as in Taiwan, Japan and Singapore.
